Wedding Schedule

One of the hardest things to do is plan the schedule for your wedding.  Rely on experts like us (who have done more weddings than we can count) to help you figure it out.   Here’s a typical schedule that we’ve seen work very well over the years:

• 3:00 Ceremony
• 4:00 Cocktails
• 5:00 Dinner
• 7:00 Dance
• 11:00 Reception Ends

Many couples book their DJ until midnight.  However, during that last hour, the only people out on the floor are usually the dozen who have had quite a few drinks and would have just as much fun dancing at the after party.  We suggest booking until 11:00.  If the party is still going strong, we’ll gladly stay an extra hour.  This way, you only pay for that last hour if you really need it.
