• Florida Panhandle and Beach County Marriage Licenses

    Getting ready to say "I do" starts with a little bit of paperwork. In Florida, the requirements depend on whether you're a Florida resident or nonresident.  The good news for nonresidents is that there's no waiting period and the only documentation required is a state driver's license, state ID card, or passport.  The fee for the license is $86.

    Residents have a three day waiting period, while nonresidents have no waiting period.  Nonresidents can also take their signed and completed license to the Clerk after the wedding and get a certified copy of their completed certificate within 10 days.

    Generally speaking, if you're planning a panhandle wedding, you'll either be in Gulf, Bay, or Franklin County, alhtough the requirements are the same throughout Florida.
